By placing an order on kalyon.ae, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All products sold on kalyon.ae are genuine Kalyon-branded household cleaning and hygiene products. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight packaging variations may occur.

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT. Kalyon is a VAT-registered business operating under TRN: 100205959800003. Kalyon reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders
By completing checkout, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Kalyon reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery
Delivery is available within the UAE only. Delivery timeframes are estimated and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., public holidays, weather conditions, courier disruptions).

5. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy above. Exchanges are only accepted under the conditions listed and within the 7-day window from delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
Kalyon (operated by Well Future General Trading) shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Always follow product usage instructions and keep products out of reach of children.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
