Refund policy
At Kalyon, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong item
The product is defective
The product was damaged during transit
The product has been recalled by the manufacturer
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at info@kalyon.ae with the following information:
Your full name and delivery address
The item(s) you'd like to exchange
Your order number and date of purchase
Please return the item in its original, undamaged packaging, along with your order confirmation or packing slip.
Please note:
Items with opened or broken seals cannot be returned (this applies to all cleaning and hygiene products)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service for your return - Kalyon is not responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us
Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your exchange item promptly.
